substrate : The number one reason I am not now, nor will I ever be, an adhesives engineer, who—according to the History Channel’s Modern Marvels episode on glue—is required to say substrate once every 15 minutes or more. I’ve got a once-a-week substrate maximum. Non-negotiable.
