Just Say Hells No!

Along with the link to the blogger I am enamored with, my friend (who’s almost certainly not out to get me) sent me a link to a blogger I am not sweet on. He’s a funny fellow, lack of crush notwithstanding. (Not everyone can be loved by moi. Alas.)

He wrote recently about a study exploring the reasons people decide not to have sex. Of course, this got the hamster quite excited … sex is lists are an area of special interest. I don’t necessarily want to share my reasons with folks in lab coats, but, of course, I’m more than happy to share them with my loyal readers. Ya know, for science.

Reasons I Chose Not to Have Sex

• I didn’t want to remake the bed
• I had slept with his best friend
• to fuck with his head
• the park ranger had his eye on us
• he was a virgin
• his breath was funky
• the shower hadn’t been scrubbed maybe ever
• my friend had a crush on him
• I didn’t feel well
• he had no game
• to punish him for being a douchebag
• I didn’t want him to think I was easy
• he was a manwhore
• I’d had a lot of sex already that day
• he forgot a condom
• I didn’t want to wrinkle my dress
• he had serious stalker potential
• I had so much to drink I knew I wouldn’t be able to get off
• he had so much to drink I knew I wouldn’t be able to get off
• he was only 21
• out of spite
• he was too needy
• it wasn’t quite as stiff as I would have liked
• he was my friend’s little brother
• he had a girlfriend
• he was too short
• I liked him too much
• he had a mullet
• the car belonged to my boss
• we couldn’t find an unlocked classroom
• he wanted me to meet his parents after two dates
• I only liked him as a friend
• I was “saving myself” for someone else
